Selecao Piadine Wrap
- Cooking time
- 200 grams of flour (whole wheat or type 00)
- 100 grams of water
- 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- Half a teaspoon of salt
(for two wraps)
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or on a shelf and knead for about five minutes. It should be an elastic and not sticky ball.
Let it sit for about ten minutes to relax the gluten (so they will be easier to spread!). Divide into two equal parts and spread until reaching the thickness of about 1-2 mm.
They should be cooked in a pre-heated non-stick pan over medium high heat, with lid, for about 2 minutes per side. I advise you to keep them in a cloth while you cook them all. They will remain warm and soft.
