Fradi Spinach Roll with Ham and Cream Cheese

  • 4 eggs
  • Grated parmesan
  • 150 grams of spinach
  • Chives to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of spreadable cheese
  • A few slices of cooked ham
  • Salt and pepper


Step 1

Beat the eggs together with the parmesan, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Cook the spinach and squeeze it well, then add it to the eggs.

Step 3

Pour them into an oiled pan and bake at 180 for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Let cool for a few minutes and then spread the cheese and add the chives to the slices of ham.

Step 5

Roll up in cling film or a cloth and leave to cool for about 15 minutes in the fridge. Cut into slices and enjoy your meal!
