Super simple FC Emmen pasta with tomato sauce
- Cooking time
- An onion
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- A can of peeled whole tomatoes
- Your favorite pasta
- If you want: basil, garlic, your favorite cheese, other spices or anything else you love to have in your pasta sauce
Peel an onion and cut it in half.
Put half the onion in a pan together with five tablespoons of butter, the tomatoes from the can and a few pinches of salt.
Let everything simmer on low heat for 45 minutes and, step by step, make the tomatoes (not the onion) smaller with a wooden spoon.
While you are waiting for the sauce, you can boil the pasta depending on how many people you want to cook for.
Before serving, remove the onion and season the sauce, e.g. with salt or pepper. You can also add garlic, basil, other spices or cheese. Or just leave the sauce the way it is. Mix it with the pasta or serve it on top of it and enjoy!
