Feyenoord Avocado Toast

- 2 slices of toasted bread
- 1 avocado
- Half lime/lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Using a chef’s knife, slice the avocado lengthwise and twist the two halves apart. Then you can remove the pit with a small spoon or by sticking the blade of your knife into the pit and twist it out. Be very careful not to cut yourself or ask somebody for help.
Step 2
Mash the avocado with a fork and season it with salt and pepper. Then you can add anything you want before or after putting it on your bread. Look at the list of ingredients, check the food disc or just try out different toppings until you find something you like. For a creamier texture, you can add a little bit of (Greek) joghurt, cream cheese or similar dairy products.
