Ingredients
- 130 grams of flour, Type 00
- 130 grams of whole wheat flour
- 110 milliliters of water
- 65 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Vegetables of choice
Instructions
Step 1
Add the liquid ingredients and the salt, stirring until it dissolves.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix the flours and add the liquids, kneading until a smooth and non-sticky dough is obtained. Let it rest in the fridge until you prepare the filling.
Step 3
I used some vegetables that I had to finish, you can indulge yourself! Inside the cake there are: onions, carrots, courgettes, peas and mushrooms. I spent them in the pan quickly, just long enough for them to soften.
Step 4
The pastry should be rolled out with a thickness of about 2-3 mm, I also left it to make decorations. To absorb the excess liquid of the vegetables you can sprinkle the bottom of breadcrumbs. Add the vegetables, close the edges and decorate!
Step 5
